Dodgers Announce Four Bobbleheads and Two Movie Nights to Complete Promotional 2015 Schedule

DODGERS ANNOUNCE FOUR BOBBLEHEADS AND TWO MOVIE NIGHTS TO COMPLETE THE PROMOTIONAL SCHEDULE

LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Dodgers today announced the designation of the remaining four bobbleheads on the 2015 promotional schedule as well as two movie nights. Sandy Koufax on August 13 (vs. Reds, 7:10 p.m.), Justin Turner presented by Security Benefit on September 1 (vs. Giants, 7:10 p.m.), Fernando Valenzuela presented by State Farm on September 16 (vs. Rockies, 7:10 p.m.) and Vin Scully on September 23 (vs. Diamondbacks, 7:10 p.m.). The Dodgers will offer 10 total bobblehead giveaways this year.

The Koufax, Turner, Valenzuela and Scully bobbleheads join this list of previously announced bobblehead giveaways:

·         May 12 (7:10 pm) vs. Miami Marlins; Clayton Kershaw Bobblehead presented by Coca-Cola

·         May 23 (7:10 pm) vs. Colorado Rockies; Adrian Gonzalez Bobblehead presented by Time Warner Cable

·         June 4 (7:10 pm) vs. St. Louis Cardinals; Kenley Jansen Bobblehead

·         July 6 (7:10 pm) vs. Philadelphia Phillies; Maury Wills Bobblehead

·         July 11 (7:10 pm) vs. Milwaukee Brewers; Juan Uribe Bobblehead presented by Farmer John

·         July 29 (7:10 pm) vs. Oakland Athletics; Yasiel Puig Bobblehead

The Dodgers, for the third consecutive season, will bring back the Dodger Stadium Movie Series and will treat their fans to movies after two games – June 20 “The Lego Movie” (vs. Giants, 4:15 p.m.) and August 15 “Back to the Future” (vs. Reds, 6:10 p.m.). These two family-friendly films will be screened for fans following both these Saturday games. Screenings are free with a game-day ticket. Fans sitting in the right field pavilion and left field pavilion will be invited down to the field postgame for a better viewing experience.

The Dodgers’ 2015 promotional calendar includes fan-favorites as well as new offerings and can be viewed by visiting www.dodgers.com/promotions. Opening Day at Dodger Stadium is Monday, April 6, 2015 against the San Diego Padres at 1:10 p.m.

The best way to guarantee Opening Day tickets is to purchase a mini plan. The Dodgers are offering two new mini-plan options for 2015 with tickets starting at $17 per game. A preset 20-game mini plan offers all 10 bobblehead giveaways, all 8 Cy Young pins, Opening Day and Jackie Robinson Day. A 30-game flex plan provides any 2015 home game, including Opening Day, and features rights to purchase tickets to potential NLDS and NLCS postseason games.
