Dodgers close to signing pitcher Chin-Hui Tsao

The Dodgers are close to signing pitcher Chin-Hui Tsao. Tsao pitched previously for the Dodgers and the  Colorado Rockies. He last pitched professionally in 2009. He is attempting a comeback.

Tsao was originally signed as an amateur free agent in 1999 by the Colorado Rockies. In 2007, Tsao went 0-1 with an ERA of 4.38, where he pitched in 21 games for the Dodgers.
