Dodgers acquire Mike Bolsinger from Diamondbacks

Mike Bolsinger

The Dodgers completed another trade, this time with the Arizona Diamondbacks, and acquired pitcher Mike Bolsinger. The Dodgers did not give up any player for this trade. Instead, they traded for Bolsinger for cash considerations. Bolsinger pitched last year for the Diamondbacks, and went 1-6 with a 5.50 ERA. One of the losses from Bolsinger’s record was against the Los Angeles Dodgers in the April 19th 2014 game. He allowed seven runs and pitched four innings that game.

Mike Bolsinger attended the University of Arkansas and was drafted by the Diamondbacks in 2010.

Bolsinger was added to the Dodgers 40 man roster, and made a corresponding move by designating pitcher Jarrett Martin for assignment.
